Our trained technicians deliver and install the massage chair directly at your home, including placement, setup, and power connection. A basic demonstration is also provided so you can start using the chair immediately.

Delivery Time: 1–3 Business Days

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or accessibility. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Delivery Fee Depends on Location

Delivery charges are calculated based on the customer’s delivery address and distance. Any applicable delivery fee will be clearly communicated before dispatch to ensure transparency and avoid unexpected costs.

Customer Must Ensure Easy Access (Door / Elevator / Stairs)

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is easily accessible. Doorways, elevators, and staircases should be suitable for moving the massage chair safely. Clear access helps prevent delays or damage during installation.

Extra Charge May Apply for Upstairs / No Elevator

Additional charges may apply if delivery requires carrying the massage chair upstairs or if no elevator is available. These situations require extra manpower and handling. Any extra cost will be discussed and confirmed in advance.
